Early morning in Omiya Hachimangu

Early Friday morning, I immersed myself in the stillness of the temple grounds, in one of the main sanctiaries in Suginami ward, still untouched by the day's bustle. The yellow leaves of some majestic ginkgo biloba scattered around, a golden blanket resting after the night's slumber. As the warm rays of the sun began to seep through the branches, they gradually touched the leaves, setting them aglow and awakening the colors that were tucked away for the night. A tranquil haven, time paused, and Omiya Hachimangu bathed in the quiet splendor of dawn.
